I really enjoy listening to the Compass Bible Church when I am not listening to my wonderful pastor. Today I listened to Bible Basics, I needed this refresher. Sometimes I don't realize how busy I have become, with all the blogging, emails, web pages, school work, household duties, etc. I let my walk with God slip to second, third or worse place. God will be with me for eternity, this stuff on earth will all pass away. I won't be taking it with me! But God's word lives on forever.
I love so many things, God has blessed me with talents and drive, but they can take over. I have to put my priorites back into correct order. I thank God for the tools we have access to in order to study his word, and I pray that He will speak to me and guide me that I would walk ever closer to him.
I pray you love his word too and make it a treasure in your life.
